This is a good story about how ballots are certified. Michigan has one of the most secure elections in the country. I watched/listened to the County Board of Canvassers meeting yesterday. The discrepancies totaled less than 400 ballots (27 in Livonia) and there were 448 unvalidated provisional ballots — countywide almost 900k voters! The Board voted not to certify because of those numbers; fortunately, hours later they re-voted to certify. **Less than 1/4 of one percent** of County votes was their alleged concern. But they did a great job in sowing doubt about presidential election results.
